COVID-19 Policy & Client Waiver

To our wonderful Members, Clients, & Patients,

Asia Rose Spa & Lily Rose Medical Aesthetics are doing everything we can to protect you, our patients/clients, our community, and our staff. To this extent, we will be following the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and local health department guidelines regarding social distancing practices and sanitation in order to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, COVID-19.

 

Only the person receiving the service (s) will be allowed in our facility. We have implemented COVID-19 protocols that will allow us to continue to ensure your safety and those of others to include, but are not limited to; all tools, rooms, and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client. Clean linen will be used for each client. Staff will follow proper hand washing and sanitation protocols between each client. Staff will wear protective face/eye equipment. We will Temporarily suspend all complimentary services; NO rituals, NO handshaking, NO hand massage, NO neck massage.

All staff members, patients, clients, and visitors have the option of wearing a mask while on the premises. All staff members are required to utilize an approved mask, either disposable, surgical, or improvised during treatment delivery that requires close contact with clients/patients. It is required of everyone to either wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival of your appointment, after using the restroom, sneezing, or coughing in efforts to reduce and prevent the spread of germs, bacteria, and potential disease.

By working together, we can overcome the spread of this virus as well as other infectious diseases. We welcome you to the Asia Rose Spa & Lily Rose Medical Aesthetics experience!

By signing below, you agree to comply with the written instructions provided and agree that you are at the spa at your own risk, releasing Asia Rose Enterprises LLC, DBA Asia Rose Spa; Lily Rose Medical Aesthetics from any liability relating to COVID-19. Failure to comply with these written instructions or verbal instructions from staff may result in refusal of services and your removal from the premises.

 COVID - 19 PROTOCOL

 

The following list will outline those protocols as well as to inform you of what to expect upon your visit with us

Wearing masks for members, clients, patients, members, and guests are OPTIONAL.

 

If you are experiencing any COLD or FLU LIKE symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone with these symptoms, please call and reschedule your appointment.

Treating everyone, including staff, as if they could be infected

All Clients' must wash hands upon entering the facility.

Temporarily suspending all complimentary services; NO handshaking, NO hand/arm massage.

 

A Signed copy of our COVID -19 protocol and client waiver prior to service is required.

 

No Children or Extra persons not receiving services are allowed in facility at any time.

Each area, all tools, rooms, and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client.

Masks will be worn by service providers are required during service delivery.

We will continue to refine these protocols and make any necessary adjustments as well as be sure to inform you of such changes.
