POLICIES & GUIDELINES
Appointments are recommended for spa services and can be made online or by phone. We will do our very best to accommodate walk-ins. To reserve your appointment, a $35 non-refundable deposit and credit card number is required at the time of booking. For all spa therapies, please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to unwind, relax, and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
Please Be on Time
Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment time to allow completion of any necessary client forms and change of clothing, if applicable, to service reserved. Total time of service will be deducted according to late arrival time, i.e. appointment starts at 12 p.m. and ends at 1p.m., guest arrival time at 12:15 pm, spa services will be provided from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Late arrivals 20 minutes or more after appointment time will have to be rescheduled and deposits will be non refundable.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non refundable for appointment cancellations 24 hours or less. Any “No Show” appointments (missed appointments without at least 2 hours’ notice) will be subject to 50% of the total service costs. For Gift Certificates, 50% of the service value will be redeemed. For Packages and Memberships 50% of a single service value, at its regular price, will be redeemed.
When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our professionals will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for lost revenue.
We offer changing areas for your convenience. As we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please avoid bringing in valuables.
Please help us preserve our peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Cell phone use is prohibited in any area of the spa with the exception of the lobby area.
Gift cards are available for purchase online and in-spa facility for any dollar amount. Please inquire at the front desk for assistance in selecting the perfect gift. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Cards must be mentioned, if desired to redeem, when making your appointment.
Customary tipping runs 18% to 20%. Although tipping is left to the discretion of our guests, we highly encourage guests to offer tips when services are provided that meet or exceed expectations. Our professionals work very hard to delivery an optimal guest experience and would appreciate your gratitude for their efforts. For your convenience, gratuity can be added to your total at time of checkout. For parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
